We are looking for a foster with a view to adopt home for Vileda, a little poodle x chihuahua who joined us recently and is currently in an emergency foster home.

Vileda came to us after the declining health of her owner, who has taken her on previously for another member of the family.

We believe she is around 3 years old.

Vileda is good with visiting children, but hasn’t lived with them as far as we know.

She is in foster with several dogs at the moment and came from a home with 12 other dogs! She seems happiest around dogs her own size so we are looking for home for her with at least one more small dog.

She isn’t cat tested.

She is a sweet, affectionate little girl who has a tendency to be a little clingy, which is understandable given the upheaval and move to a new home – which is why we would ideally love to find her a foster home with a view to adopt so she can start to truly settle.

Vileda will need to restart her vaccinations and will also be spayed a safe time in her season cycle (at our vets, paid for by the rescue). She was therefore need to stay local to Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Chesterfield, Stoke or Newark.
