We are looking for an urgent foster home for Mylo who came to us as an emergency this week. Mylo’s owners were moving and couldn’t take Mylo with them. They also told us that he had been diagnosed with a mast cell tumour recently, which vets had advised was removed as soon as possible. Thanks to our amazing foster team, we were able to get Mylo in the next day and he has been prepped for surgery.

As it was so vital to get him in, we got him into an emergency foster home but they can only keep him until early next week due to a pre-booked holiday abroad. All other free fosters also had time constraints due to forthcoming holidays! So we are looking for a foster home for him to have his surgery, to recuperate and then to either adopt or look after him until he is rehomed permanently elsewhere.

Mylo is 3 years old and is such a friendly, happy boy. He is great with children and can live in a home with children of 8+.

He is great with other dogs, but not tested with cats.

Mylo will need a foster home local to Derby, Nottingham, Burton or Chesterfield.
