Honey is now ready for adoption.

Honey was surrendered to us recently as her owner was having to relocate and could not take Honey too.

Here is her foster-mum’s write-up…

“This is beautiful Miss Honey Pot 🍯

To say she is a bundle of love is the understatement of the century! She’s a curious, energetic, cutie pie that is eager to please, loves nothing better than to run around and have snuggles.

She was the only dog in her previous home but she has truly thrived with our two and loves to be with them and play zoomies on the garden or in the forest with them.

She loves water when out on walks and greets humans and other dogs alike with the same positive energy that she lives her life by.

She loves food and is very receptive to training and, being only just a year old (in Feb) there is loads of potential for her to learn lots of new manners and tricks with her forever family. She sleeps all night in my daughter’s bed and has not had a single toileting accident in the two weeks we’ve had her. She asks to be let out reliably.

I think she would benefit most in a home with at least one other confident dog – size not important as we have a large and small and she’s been fine with both.

She loves to collect socks 🧦 as any self respecting cockapoo would 🤣 and she loves a ball and to dig a hole to put it in if you are not watching her!”

Honey will need to stay local to Derby, Nottingham, Stoke, Burton, Chesterfield or New Ollerton so she can be spayed at a safe time in her season cycle (paid for by the rescue at one of our vets).
