“Star is a beautiful 5-year-old ex-breeding Golden Retriever ready to start her new life as a much-loved family companion.

She is a very loving and friendly girl who adores attention and will happily soak up all the fuss you’re willing to give.

She’s a gentle soul who gets along well with other dogs and is great with older children, making her a wonderful family addition.

At home, she’s confident, content, and settled. She eats well, sleeps soundly through the night, and is making brilliant progress with her toilet training.

She has a sweet, sometimes mischievous side, which only adds to her charm. While she’s relaxed in the house, she can feel nervous in new environments. Walking on a lead and leaving the home are still things she’s learning, so she’ll need a patient, loving family to help her build confidence at her own pace.

This lovely girl’s ideal home will be one filled with kindness, reassurance, and plenty of cuddles. With time, patience, and love, she’ll blossom into the loyal, happy companion she’s meant to be”.

Star will need at least one resident, neutered dog in her forever home.

Experience around nervous dogs is not essential, but the commitment and patience to work with Star ar her pace is a must.

Star will be on a spay contract, meaning she needs to stay local to Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Chesterfield or Stoke so we can pay for this to be done at one of our vets.
