Loki is now ready for adoption. Loki is a three-year-old labrador from Crete whose private adoption didn’t work out so we took him under our wing.
Loki is a very typical, loving Labrador who loves belly and back rubs, ear rubs and just generally being near you. He is friendly towards other dogs and people out on our walks. He is in foster in the countryside and sees birds, squirrels, cows and sheep and doesn’t show any reaction to them.
Loki is very insecure and frets when left alone so he needs to be rehomed with someone who is around for most of the day. When he is left for short periods of time he will counter-surf and steal any food he can find, though we believe this is down to anxiety rather than greed.
He sleeps downstairs in the kitchen, however, and is absolutely fine all night. He has been very quick to adapt to his new routine and is such a loving and friendly dog.
He travels well in the car and loves swimming.
Loki is very good with people, children and other dogs. He can be rehomed with older children (8+) and we would like him to go with another similar sized dog as he loves dog company and it will help him to keep grounded and settled.
Loki is in foster in West Yorkshire.
